What payment methods can I use?
You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and UnionPay. Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay are available too, and the wallets you see at checkout depend on your device and browser. All payments go through Shopify's secure checkout.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order leaves us, we email you a tracking link. You can also follow your parcel on our Track Your Order page with your order number and email address.
What is your return policy?
You can return items within 30 days. Please email us first at info@bynerovani.com and we will send you the return address. Return postage is paid by the customer. All the details are in our Refund Policy.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
We are sorry if that happens. Email us at info@bynerovani.com with your order number and a few photos, and we will help you with a replacement or a refund. Return postage for faulty items is also paid by the customer.
Do you ship within the UK?
Yes. Shipping is free on all UK orders. Orders are processed in 1-2 days and delivery takes 5-8 days, so please allow 6-10 days in total. Duties and import charges are included in the price.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within 5 minutes of placing it. Email us at info@bynerovani.com with your order number straight away and we will change or cancel it for you.
How long will it take till I get my order?
Orders are processed in 1-2 days, with an order cut-off of 2:00 PM GMT/BST (UK time). Delivery then takes 5-8 days, so most orders arrive within 6-10 days. You will receive a tracking link by email.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, we offer exchanges. Email us at info@bynerovani.com with your order number and the piece you would like instead, and we will explain the next steps.

How do I find my size?
Each product page lists the sizes available for that piece. If you are between sizes or unsure, email us at info@bynerovani.com with the piece you are looking at and we will help you choose. And if it still isn't right when it arrives, you have 30 days to return it, and exchanges are possible.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return arrives with us, your refund is sent back to your original payment method within 7 days of your return arriving with us. Your bank may take a little longer to show it on your statement.
Do I have to pay customs or import charges?
No. Duties and import charges are included in the price, so there is nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives.
