Return Window
You can return items within 30 days. To start a return, please email us within that window.
How to Start a Return
Please email us at info@bynerovani.com before sending anything back, with your order number and the item or items you would like to return. We will reply with the return address and the next steps. The return address is provided on request only, and parcels sent without contacting us first may be delayed.
Return Postage
Return postage is paid by the customer, both for a change of mind and for faulty items. We recommend using a tracked service, because we cannot process a return that does not reach us. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Exchanges
Yes, we offer exchanges. Email us at info@bynerovani.com with your order number and the piece you would like instead, and we will explain the next steps.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, email us at info@bynerovani.com with your order number and a few photos. We will help you with a replacement or a refund.
Refunds
Once your return arrives with us and has been checked, your refund is sent within 7 days of your return arriving with us. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few extra days for the refund to show on your statement.
Original Shipping Costs
Standard UK shipping is free, so there are no original shipping costs to refund.
Order Changes and Cancellations
You can change or cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it by emailing us at info@bynerovani.com. After that, please use the return process above once your order has arrived.
Your Statutory Rights
This policy is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer and does not limit them.
